Out of the 5 varieties, the flor de sal with herbs is my absolute favorite. Because of the coarse grain it is a little potent (so use a little less than you would normal salt) but the outcome of your recipes is wow! I like to add a little to some chicken breast and sautee in EVOO, that it, nothing else needed. My wife also likes to add the flor de sal and some paprika to chicken and she absolutely loves it (unfortunately, I don't really prefer it with the paprika, but don't tell her I said so:)

By Mickey: I was introduced to the salt when I visited Majorca. The flavour is absolute amazing. I bought it as a present but then I got hooked on it once I tried it. Try the one with olives, it is another of my favorites.
