Shipping Policy

  • $13.95 Flat Rate Standard Shipping - excludes rush shipping, perishables and oversize items. Typically received in 3 - 7 business days. Not available for Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin islands.
  • $19.95 Perishable Flat Rate Shipping - This method of shipping is only available to CA, NV, OR, WA, ID, UT, AZ, NM, CO, and WY. Typically received within 3 business days. All other states must call for shipping.
  • Not eligible for flat rate shipping? Place a second order with just perishable or oversize items to save money, especially for larger orders.
  • All orders generally ship within 1-2 business days.
  • All items are in stock and ship immediately unless indicated otherwise. Back-ordered items and special orders will display a message to you that they are not in stock and may be subject to delay.
  • In order to ensure your delivery, orders over $250.00 will be sent with a signature required.
  • Expedited shipping (next day air, 2 day, 3 day) ship the same day provided that the order is received by 2pm Pacific Standard Time (5pm Eastern.)
  • Certain items which are extremely perishable require overnight/next day air shipping. Please refer to the item descriptions for special shipping considerations.
  • Orders with perishable items may be held until the start of the following week to avoid being in transit over the weekend. To ensure same-week shipping, Next Day Air orders must be placed prior to Thursday's shipping cut-off and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed prior to Wednesday's shipping cut-off.
  • We do not charge a handling or box charge on any order.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the shipping fees at any time. In the event an adjustment is necessary, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipping the package or making any changes.

    Do you ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO addresses, etc.?
    Yes! We are happy to ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO addresses, and other US territories. Orders to these countries will ship via the US postal service. Canadian Orders: You may be charged import duties by your government if orders are shipped to a Canadian destination. Generally, orders under $20 are duty-exempt. Orders over $20 are subject to a duty of 15-20% or more depending on your current government regulations. We suggest you contact the applicable government office for questions on the duty and taxes involved.
